The breakfast at Golden Leaf was outstanding: pumpkin scones, butternut squash egg frittata, bacon, fresh fruit, and delicious French press coffee. Monica, the innkeeper, was so sweet and accommodating. We also enjoyed chatting with the other couples at the community breakfast table. The inn was cute and quaint, the beds were comfortable, and all our needs were met. We absolutely loved our time there, highly recommend it, and will definitely be back!

Monica made us feel welcome and had great suggestions for activities, hikes, and places to eat. The outdoor space feels like a relaxing little mountain retreat, but shops and restaurants in downtown Estes Park are only a few minutes away, and Rocky Mountain National Park is a short drive for hikers. My husband and I stayed at Golden Leaf Inn for our anniversary and had an amazing time. The property was impeccably clean and cozy, with luxury towels in the bathrooms, mint-infused water, French press coffee, and an organic, gluten-free breakfast that was amazing every day. This B&B goes out of its way to make a stay special. Don’t pass this gem up. We’ll definitely return!

The copper room is the closest to the hot tub. We could open our French doors and be there in under 20 steps, and our car was about the same distance away, which was handy. The room’s king bed and overstuffed chairs were comfortable, and the private bathroom was a great addition. The French doors and private entrance were useful too. There’s a fridge and microwave in the basement that worked perfectly for leftovers. Monica, the host, is a joy to talk to and a wonderful cook. She keeps cookies, coffee, and lemon water available, and her breakfasts are wonderful. We stayed two nights and had a great time.

The Heavenly Room was beautiful, with a fireplace, king bed, clawfoot tub, and wonderful view. Monica pays amazing attention to detail, and breakfast was cooked perfectly. The hot tub is a lovely place to watch the stars. Golden Leaf Inn is the best B&B we’ve ever stayed at. We’ll be back and highly recommend it.

The beds and pillows were so comfortable that I’ve started campaigning for a Sleep Number bed at home. We’d never stayed at a B&B before, and Susie made it a great first experience with her warm hosting and cooking. The house was in just the right spot: we biked into town and could walk to pizza. I’ve already told a few people about this place. Can’t wait to come back!
