Comfort Inn & Suites Euless DFW West

We picked this hotel on January 26, 2026, because it was close to DFW airport. After checking in late and sleeping in room 105, we woke to find live adult bedbugs crawling on the walls. At checkout, I told the desk clerk. She didn’t seem surprised, wrote it in a notebook, and politely said, “thank you.” The carpet was also dirty, and so were the bathroom corners.

We spent five nights here while visiting family nearby. Rosemary O., the manager, was incredibly helpful and personable as she got us settled. The front desk staff were attentive, the location was quiet, and the room was clean and comfortable. The beds and linens were especially nice. Breakfast had a good selection, parking was plentiful and free, and the price was good value. We’ll be back.

I hate leaving a bad review, but we spent three days here and had problems with the service. On day one, nobody had touched the room: the beds weren’t made and the used bathroom towels hadn’t been replaced. We complained at reception. The next day, the towels and trash bags had been changed, but the beds were still untouched. When we complained again, the receptionist said we had to specifically ask for “full room service” if we wanted the beds made, trash removed, and towels replaced. That’s strange. The fourth floor also had a constant noise in the walls, like water leaking. The staff weren’t friendly and didn’t smile. I’m not asking for a dance, just kind treatment. We paid about $800 for three nights and two rooms. The rooms themselves were fine and kept clean, and breakfast was average, but nothing special. The service was poor.
