We'd wanted to see the town for a while and happened to be nearby, so we decided to go for it. We were there on a very quiet night, or maybe in a slow season, in mid-February. The front desk guy was friendly and knew the local area well, especially where to eat. He even unlocked the game area for us: mini golf on a nine-hole course, soccer pool, corn hole, air hockey, and regular pool. We wanted things to do and would've paid extra for these activities elsewhere, so that added a lot to our stay. Our room was large, with a comfortable bed, sparkling clean towels and sheets, and a mini fridge and microwave. The hot tub was warm, clean, relaxing, and open daily from 8 am to 10 pm. There's also an on-site restaurant that looks great in the photos and has good reviews, but it was closed during our visit for some kind of kitchen remodel until the weekend.

For a few more dollars this time, we booked a room with a balcony. The room and living area were huge, with a private balcony overlooking the valley. It felt quiet and tucked away, even though it's right in the middle off town. The trolley stop, restaurant, and easy parking are all included, and it's convenient to everything in Eureka Springs. It's a good bargain, too, and you build points. The decor is a little dated if you're after ***** style, but the beds are fresh and new, the linens spotless, and there were no funky or overpowering deodorant smells. We keep finding sweet spots in Eureka Springs, and we've stayed where several times.

We were in town for OZMOMU. The room was good, and so was everything else. The woman at the front desk was really nice, and we especially enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant. We did have some card trouble, otherwise it'd be 5/5.

The restaurant on site serves a delicious variety of food, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The setting among the pine trees was lovely. The rooms are a little dated, but we'd have no problem staying here again.

The room was large and clean, and I don't have any complaints about it otherwise. But the shower has no water pressure. We've stayed here multiple times, and I keep hoping it was just that one room.
