Clarion Pointe Evansville North

Breakfast had a good range of choices and was a nice way to start the day. The staff were helpful and friendly, and check-in went smoothly. The hotel was quiet, clean, comfortable, and seemed well organized. Since the new management took over, the improvements are easy to see. I'd definitely stay at Clarion Pointe again.

The price was great, the coffee at breakfast was very good, and the stay was just right. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. They're doing cleaning and renovations upstairs, so we had to call the hotel, but someone came to help with a smile once we did. It's under new management and you can tell. Give it a try, I wasn't disappointed.

We booked this place only because it allows dogs. Once we arrived, I would have canceled and gone to the nice Holiday Inn nearby where my family was staying if that had been an option. I was glad to leave. The room was dingy and dirty, and I didn't want to touch anything. Breakfast was a joke, and the employees seemed unsure what they were doing. There was beer for sale in the lobby fridge, but the desk clerk said they weren't allowed to sell it, so why have it there? I can't believe Clarion puts its name on a low end hotel. For the owner's reply, the booking was under a different name.

The room was on the first floor and very clean, with linens that looked new. For what I paid, it was a steal. My son enjoyed the pool, and the staff interacted with us throughout our stay. Breakfast was simple, waffles, cereal, toast, juice, bagels, and nice hot coffee. I stopped on my way home and was pleasantly surprised to see how hard they're working. This will be my regular stop on trips back home.
