Delta Hotels by Marriott Seattle Everett

The lobby was spacious and nicely furnished, and it was easy to get to the hotel. I attended an evening seminar in a ballroom and found the service prompt and professional. There was a great range of options for guests, including an excellent, large dinner buffet. Even the restrooms were immaculate.

The rooms were spacious, neat, and well cared for, and there was plenty of parking. Another conference for the Democrats was happening at the same time, so the property was very busy, but the staff stayed attentive and did their best to fit in more people than we expected for our assembly. They also let me check in very early, which helped a lot. The bar was open until 11 p.m. Only two employees were working and they seemed overworked, but they remained friendly and professional. Thanks for making the business trip smooth and stress-free. I'd recommend the place and stay again.

We arrived around 10:30 p.m. after a long flight and didn't get settled until nearly 12:30 a.m. At the desk, one small group ahead of us, sharing two rooms, took almost 40 minutes to check in. The employee was having trouble with the computer when it was our turn too. She waited another 15 minutes to call a coworker, who fixed the problem in a minute. We'd requested a crib when booking a month earlier, and the hotel had said it was available. There were no cribs, only badly broken Pack n Plays. They brought five to our room before finding one that wasn't broken, while our overtired toddler was screaming because he needed sleep. There were no sheets or blankets that fit either a crib or Pack n Play. With a young child, especially an infant, this felt like a safety risk. I wouldn't stay here with one.

The restaurant, food, drinks, and staff were all amazing, and we were able to check in early. The parking lot was clean, secure, and felt safe. It does stink that you have to pay to park on site, though. That should be included in the room rate instead of charged extra.
