The mattress felt like a dream, and the soft pillows had me feeling like I was on a cloud. Sunlight filled the creative, fun rooms, each with its own distinct decor. From the moment you walk in, you're met with smiles and warm hospitality. The staff are friendly and professional, and Andrea deserves a special mention. She makes you feel as comfortable as you would with an old friend and leaves you glad you came, with a little joy and a wish for a good day or evening each time you see her. Come visit, you'll have a lovely time.

The place has so much style and personality, and the staff made the stay even better. Everyone was warm, efficient, and attentive. Andrea at the front desk set the tone from the first minute with such grace and professionalism. It had been a while since anyone had treated me with such easy kindness. Almost annoyingly good, in the best way.

Charles was a huge help from the time I booked. I called to ask about bus routes and schedules, and he went out of his way to give me all the details I needed for a smooth trip. Tonight, he made sure our stay was set up comfortably and took care of the little things. He's professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Andrea at the front desk of Invision Hotel was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. She communicates with real care, answers questions kindly, and makes guests feel welcome. She went above and beyond, and our stay was much smoother and more enjoyable because of her. She's a valuable part of the hotel and deserves a raise. They should definitely keep her. The front desk attendant was courteous and professional, and they handled my unusual check-in time really well. Since I technically stayed only half a night, they even gave me a bonus offer. I'd stay here again if the right opportunity comes up.
