Welcome Everett Inn

The manager has helped us tremendously and gone out of her way to check that we're comfortable and doing okay and don't need anything. She's amazing, works with guests as much as she can, and is really friendly. She likes the rooms kept clean and presentable in case she needs to go in now and then, which is fine with me. I've found that as long as people respect the property and its rules, things should be fine. I came up from Oregon with my cousin for other reasons, and this has been a great place to stay. It feels safe for families and kids. Bus routes are right outside, and there are parks, doctors' offices, a hospital, food banks, restaurants, fast food, colleges, and a police station a few blocks down the street. Enjoy a good-quality motel!

I rent here on and off, and it's a wonderful place that does what it can to help. The rooms are clean and worth the price. The parking lot is monitored and security is good, so you don't have to worry about anything.

The trip got off to a terrible start. My partner's phone went missing, and he was sure the motel was the last place he'd had it. We checked out, drove to a restaurant less than 5 mins down the road, and he realized it was gone. We called, and they said they'd have the maid “take a look.” When we returned, they said they hadn't found anything. We searched through our luggage too, with no luck. The whole thing just seemed off. I never expect much from motels, just a place to sleep, but I wouldn't recommend staying here. Very disappointing. If you do stay, keep your valuables close. If I could leave negative stars, I would.

The customer service was amazing, the location was great, and the rooms were very clean. The Asian man working there had probably the best customer service I've ever experienced from an Asian person. I recommend this place anytime, and it'll be our place to stay if we go to Everett again.
