That first room reeked of feet and cat urine, and we found a cockroach crawling over the floor. We asked to cancel and get a refund, but they said no. The replacement room smelled just as bad and had visibly dirty furniture, and our kids' room wasn't any better. While checking the mattress for bed bugs, we also found an empty cardboard Ultra Michelob box wedged between the mattress. We'd booked for one night and requested adjoining rooms because we were traveling with our children. The hostess had assured us they could provide adjoining rooms and a rollaway bed, and said we should book right away since rooms were filling up. When we arrived, we were told neither adjoining rooms nor rollaway beds were available. Being given the wrong information after planning around it was really frustrating and made the trip more stressful. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for families, or to anyone expecting honest communication and basic accommodations.

There wasn't a smoke detector in the room, which is a big no. The breakfast was old and there wasn't much of it: stale bread, no milk, and no orange juice. The desk attendant stayed in the back room and shouted, 'What do you want?' instead of coming out. The hotel itself seems nice, but it was dirty everywhere. The sheets were so bad I had to change them myself. Don't stay here.

We booked two nights but refused to stay for the second one. The whole hotel smelled like cigarette smoke had sunk into the walls, even though the room had baby roaches on the walls, stains all over the carpet and bedding, and mold in the shower. The smoke detector had been removed and had no batteries, the bedside lights wouldn't come on, and several outlets were broken. I was looking for another place at 2:30 in the morning. Please don't stay here unless you're okay with utter filth.

The room key didn't open the door, so someone had to let us in. Inside, there were food and dirt on the floor, stains on the comforter, and cheap, nasty-looking sheets. The whole hotel smelled of smoke, including the nonsmoking room. The bathroom had hair, stains, mildew, and toothpaste spit. I learned tonight that saving a few bucks isn't worth it. This place is gross, pay extra and stay somewhere else.
