The bed was a little hard, which was my only complaint. The room was clean, the location was convenient, and the weekly price was a great deal. Staff were friendly and professional, even when we saw another guest being rude to them. I highly recommend it. Thanks to the staff for everything, and hopefully we can stay again when we’re back in PA next year.

We booked two rooms with a king bed in each and were given small double beds instead. The workers said they couldn’t do anything about it, then offered “free” breakfast. After a rough night because of the smell in our room, the same guy initially said he hadn’t offered it, then eventually gave us just two items for our group of four. The smell was like straight weed and nearly set off my asthma. There were unexplained stains all over the room, some that looked like blood or feces, and I don’t know what they were. The shower and sink had gross stains, as if they’d never been cleaned, and both leaked badly. While we were sitting in the lobby talking to the guy, another worker started mopping right next to my boyfriend’s boots and got mop water on them. Breakfast was bland, with few options, stale cereal, and milk that smelled weird. This place was absolutely disgusting. I didn’t get many pictures, but I’ll be calling the health department.

This hotel was run down, dirty, and had a weird smell. The front desk staff were useless and had an excuse for everything, and the woman at the door was rude and pushy. No one told us that room cleaning had to be requested. Three outlets didn’t work, and the freezer was so caked with ice we couldn’t put anything in it. There was no mattress cover on the bed, so who knows if there are bed bugs. Breakfast cost $6.95 and was worse than eating at 7/11. The food was bland and not good.

The first night, the bathtub was dirty, the soap shelf was missing, and there were no towels in the bathroom. The next night my wife spotted cockroaches and killed two. She found a third and told me I had to get that one. This place is a certified dump. The family in the next room had peeling paint in the bathtub, and the mattresses are uncomfortable. I wake up in pain.
