The clean room and comfortable, firm mattress were positives, and service was good. But the place feels dated, from the worn lobby and halls to the old decor, mismatched furniture, and tiny TV that looked like it was from around 2008. At $130 a night with taxes for a Queen Studio, I expected more than laundry and a very basic continental breakfast. If you need the full-size fridge/freezer, stove, and laundry, it can work, but for one night the limited amenities and tired rooms make it less appealing.

The keycards kept causing problems and really need to be fixed. Big thanks to front desk guys Kumar and Chris, though. They helped me with the cards every day, and the service was great. Thank you all.

My room and the hallway smelled like weed the whole time, and the room was dusty and filthy with dirty carpets too. For the price, it wasn't worth it. I had a terrible experience with Chris at the front desk and the manager. Stay away, you'll hate it, I promise.

Sonya from housekeeping was excellent, attentive, and helpful. The place feels warm and welcoming, and everything was clean with people paying attention to what you need. Kumah at the front desk was very welcoming and respectful too. We'll be back soon.

I've paid $1000 for one week at this extended stay, but a key for my door doesn't work and I've been waiting at the front counter for at least 20 minutes for help. The heater and AC in my room don't work either. They say you have to pay for washer towels unless you want to wait 15 days. They also charge your card another hundred dollars, and they won't tell you this stuff before taking your money. They barely clean the rooms. There's only one house cleaner, and she's actually kind of nice, but the room still doesn't get cleaned properly. This week will be my last here. I strongly recommend not coming, and I'll be going to another hotel.
