The lobby downstairs looked nice, and the staff were very friendly, but I’d never stay here again or at any Hilton after this. Our room was filthy. There were poop stains in the toilet, the towels were messed up, the floor hadn’t been swept, and both mirrors had fingerprints. The beds were wrinkled, and there was a pubic hair on one pillow, so we slept in the other bed. We were only there for one night, and my partner didn’t want to complain. Breakfast was awful, just a bunch of microwave food, and worse than any continental hotel breakfast I’ve had. It was low quality and cost extra. Don’t waste your money.

Our weekend visit was off to a great start thanks to Steven’s warm greeting and quick check-in. His service was wonderful. The room was beautiful, and we had a great stay. We enjoyed the pool, though I do wish there were a hot tub.

I was there for a military reunion with the 317th veterans group, and the hotel was nice with friendly, fantastic service. The bathroom had no heat, and the room lighting wasn’t adequate. I also couldn’t get the shower temperature comfortable, since it kept going too hot or too cold and was difficult to adjust.

The staff made us feel like we were staying among our own fans. They cheered as we came in from the buses, rallied behind us when we left for the game, and kept cheering us on. Everyone was welcoming at every meal, and the flexibility and professionalism were unmatched. Dianna helped with my late-night calls, texts, and emails, too. We spent two days at DoubleTree for the NCAA First Four Tournament, and the whole stay was stress-free and felt like home. I hope we make the tournament again next year and can stay here.

The room looked nice, but the AC rattled so loudly in the middle of the night that I had to get up and stop it. The pillows and bedding were some of the worst I’ve slept on. Breakfast costs extra and was awful: my coffee had a huge amount of grounds at the bottom, the cottage cheese tasted like bleach so I had to spit it out, and the powdered eggs were spongy. Otherwise, the place was unremarkable at best. Very disappointing.
