Srijana made the stay especially welcoming. She was friendly and attentive, and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. The room was clean and well maintained, and the service was consistently good. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it.

I stayed at the Extended Stay America in Merrifield during a snowstorm because it’s close to the hospital where I work. The parking lot wasn’t plowed, and several cars were stuck and couldn’t get out. General manager Naginder said he was “trying to get someone” to plow, but two days later nothing had been done. Walkways and stairwells also went without salt for days, which was a serious safety hazard. The breakfast was just an oatmeal packet and packaged muffins, and a coworker’s first room didn’t even have heat. The whole situation was badly handled and neglected. I won’t stay here again or recommend it.

Aashman works really hard and treats us like family, including showing respect to the kids. He’s one of the most genuine people on the staff, and management should recognize what he contributes. The other staff are good too. There can be noise at night, though sometimes that’s outside the staff’s control.

I was here during a relocation, and the staff were attentive, professional, and friendly throughout. The rooms were clean, the coffee was great, and it felt family oriented. The location was convenient too. I’d definitely recommend it.
