Fall River Hotel and Grazerz Restaurant

The food was phenomenal. I finished the whole mac & cheese, and the banana foster bread pudding was so good, even though I don’t usually like bananas. Worth the wait, and we’ll definitely go back. We loved how they decorated the place, though it was pretty cold inside. Ladies, be prepared for “women’s winter” if they have the A/C, or swamp cooler, cranked up in summer. This was our first time at the new restaurant in town. Our server seemed new, so we gave him some leeway. Nothing was really bad, but it took patience, and we’ll see whether things go more smoothly next time. The bill was odd, with extra charges on each item, maybe a credit card fee. The $4 chicken add-on to the Mac & cheese came to $4.16. We were mistakenly rung up as a group instead of two people, which added 15% gratuity, but the server fixed it. Cash might help avoid the service or card fees.

Breakfast was tasty, though there wasn’t much of it, and it wasn’t what I’d expected. With more attention to the order, it could’ve earned another star. Maybe locals get more attention here. The young woman who served us had beautiful art and a delightful manner, and she’d be good at showing a new employee how to check the plate against the order. I’ll ride through for breakfast again, but skip the coffee.👍

We stayed a night while hiking and ended up meeting some of the sweetest people in town. The food was amazing too. What a hidden gem. We’ll make the drive back to explore more of this little town.

Those bacon wrapped scallops were sooo good, and the wait staff were really friendly. I got pictures, but only after I’d already devoured some lol.
