Jeanette was so sweet and accommodating at this charming B&B. We stayed in the garden suite, which was spacious and comfortable, and made use of the cards and board games provided. Breakfast was a nice extra. I'm not a fan of sweet pastries, but I liked the fresh fruit, tea, and boiled eggs. It was also very convenient for catching the shuttle to Martha vineyard. Highly recommend.

The continental breakfast was included, and there was an outdoor patio with a fire pit plus a top-floor balcony where we enjoyed morning coffee. The back of the property opens onto a bike path, and bikes were free to use. Our host was outstanding, the room was better than expected, and downtown was close by. The one drawback was being right on the highway, so we had to shut the windows to block the traffic noise. It felt cozier than a hotel and was worth the price. We came down the Cape for a weekend and wanted to try a B&B. We'll stay again.

I wish I'd had more time here. Jeanette was a lovely host, so kind and helpful, and the place had a real coastal hospitality feel. The linens, beds, and towels were lovely, and breakfast was wonderful.

Even with mixed weather during our fall stay, we enjoyed long walks in the cool air. There were plenty of nearby beaches, quiet and deserted, with lovely sea-air walks. Across from the house, woods and lakes have paths for biking or hiking. The house and rooms are beautiful, and Jeanette is kind, knows the area well, and was very helpful.

My son and I ended up staying on a whim while we were in town for a Friday night event, and it was a fabulous visit. The off-season rate was so reasonable it seemed silly not to stay. It was Mav’s first traditional B&B experience, and we liked the shelf of games in the hall. The location was great, near a park and a lovely little restaurant.
