C'mon Inn Fargo

The breakfast was very good, and the staff were excellent and accommodating. We were able to get fresh towels, more coffee pods, and whatever else we needed, even though housekeeping no longer comes unless you stay more than three nights. Still, our latest visit at C’mon Inn in Fargo didn't live up to the many enjoyable stays we've had before. The courtyard and pool were so loud on both nights that we could hear everything from our room with the doors shut. Our inside balcony room felt stuffy with almost no airflow, so we bought a fan. Hallway carpets were quite worn, making the whole place seem tired. It was also packed, and the pool and hot tubs were always full or surrounded by big family groups and birthday parties. Two hot tubs were out of service, so we couldn't use the amenities. We paid extra for a balcony, but it was only quiet enough to sit out there after 11 p.m., when hotel rules say you can't be on it. If the constant pool activity and courtyard-party noise won't bother you, it may still work for you. For a quiet, relaxing stay, I'd look elsewhere.

I've been back to C’mon Inn several times this past year. The employees are lovely and the rooms are very clean. At 100$ a night, maybe I'm cheap, but it feels like a great deal: coffee machine, microwave, mini fridge, free breakfast, and several hot tubs. I'll definitely stay again.

The staff were attentive and polite, and the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Having several different hot tubs is fun, and the place has a family feel.

We checked out early rather than stay the remaining nights after several unsettling privacy issues. Within minutes of reaching our room, the General Manager knocked and walked right in without waiting for us to answer. Soon after, another staff member knocked to check whether the room was occupied, despite the front desk having just checked us in. The lack of coordination and respect for our privacy was astonishing. The adjoining door let every sound from next door through, making it hard to relax. On top of that, the previous guest's alarm clock hadn't been cleared, so it went off at 6:00 AM and woke us up. Between the privacy failures, poor preparation, and lack of coordination, this was one of our most uncomfortable hotel stays. They need to improve staff communication, privacy practices, and basic room checks before guests can feel at ease here.
