We love coming here and have stayed more than ten times, usually twice a year for two or three nights since we're from Canada. There's a bar, food, a cozy lounge, and a summer veranda where you can eat and sit by the fireplace. The gym and pool are excellent, and there's a washer and dryer, though you'll need coins. The views are lovely. Our window usually looks over the hospital, with a beautiful sunrise in the morning, and we watch the sunset from the other side of the window near the elevator. My husband has Gold status and used to book us into the fourth floor. I'm just starting out, and the first time I booked with my own card we were put on the second floor. The room wasn't cleaned as well and smelled unpleasant. On previous trips we'd been in the same two fourth-floor rooms, 424 and I think 426, next to each other. One was fine, the other less so. We spent two nights in room 434 in early November. It was clean and fresh, but the sink and bathroom drained poorly. They also used to leave small packs of hand sanitizer wipes in the rooms, which were handy for the desk and remote because those still aren't clean enough to use. I miss having them.

I chose this hotel specifically for the hot tub, then found out on arrival that it was under construction. There hadn't been any warning online, which was really disappointing. I also requested housekeeping, but they changed only the towels and left the sheets as they were. For the price, the service was terrible. I won't stay here again.

Cindy was especially great, and the whole team provided outstanding service. The hotel bar and bistro had great drinks, with a friendly, quick bartender. The shower was huge, the TV was big, and there were plenty of extra pillows. They do things right n Fargo.

I was stood up by someone I'd traveled to meet, so I ended up staying here. Check-in was quick, and the AAA discount made the night a little cheaper and a bit better. The room was medium-sized, with a king bed taking up most of it, but the design felt well thought out. A lot of the cabinetry served more than one purpose, and the sofa was a decent size without crowding the remaining floor space. The bathroom was good too. Its doorless walk-in shower made washing off the grime and disappointment of the day surprisingly pleasant. Blackout curtains helped, and I appreciated the noon checkout, which gave me a slow morning. This has to be one of the cleanest hotels I've seen in recent years.

I stayed one night for an early appointment in Fargo. The bathroom was spacious, which I appreciated since I can't stand tiny hotel bathrooms. The room was nice, though I wish it had a microwave. Breakfast was pretty good too, and I'd stay here again.
