Isabelle made a rough weekend feel much easier. I was going through a lot, and she was incredibly kind, supportive, and accommodating. She went out of her way to help with my stay and made me feel genuinely cared for. Her kindness meant more than she probably knows. The DoubleTree Hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with especially cozy beds. The rooms and the whole hotel were spotless, and housekeeping did a great job. Everyone on staff was amazing. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it.

The balcony room was great for getting fresh air, and the property is in a good location, next to a walking trail and park. The rooms are basic and have fridges, but no microwave. The pool area was nice. The $18.95 buffet wasn’t worth it, and although they said they comped it, I was charged. The food was very mediocre. The cookies were good, though, so ask the front desk for them.

Once again, I have to give Howie credit. She’s the best at what she does, always greeting guests with a big smile and a pleasant manner. She does her very best to accommodate people. Even when she can’t, I don’t feel bad because I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that she tried. Keep up the great work, Howie. I appreciate you very much.

Howie at the front desk is always so welcoming and kind, with a friendly manner and a smile that really makes a difference. The customer service here is amazing. I can’t rave enough about her and DoubleTree!

Helpful front desk staff, a comfortable bed, and a clean room at a good price. The parking lot is big and well lit, with plenty of spaces.
