The room was good otherwise, with a great breakfast in a quiet location close to Lynchburg. The mattress and pillows were uncomfortable, though, and be careful of the electrical plug right behind the bed.

The room and bathroom are on the small side, but it works well for an overnight stay. The distillery is about a 20-minute drive away. Breakfast was great, and the staff were very polite and welcoming.

We’ve now stayed at this Fayetteville location three times, most recently after a three-year gap, and it’s been consistently very good. Our group booked several rooms for a weekend touring an area distillery. From arranging the room block and taking reservations through check-in and all the service during the stay, the staff were attentive and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. The rooms and whole facility were in great condition. We’ll be back.

The room with a single king bed was clean and tidy, and the front desk clerk was super nice and friendly. The outside looked clean, well cared for, and nice. I gave the location four stars only because it isn’t very walkable. If you want somewhere quiet away from road noise, it’s a five.
