Hilton Garden Inn Fayetteville Fort Bragg

The clean rooms and helpful staff made this a really nice place to stay. But I booked partly for the indoor pool, and that was a major letdown. The Jacuzzi had a layer of white film when I checked in. I thought they’d clean it by the next day, but it was still nasty. The pool itself was disappointing too.

The room was clean and laid out well, and it’s a really nice hotel with great staff. It’s also near shopping and other fun options. There’s a bar and restaurant on site, though I didn’t get a chance to try them. Breakfast costs extra. I ordered eggs, sausage, and potatoes, and they were pretty good. I was charged for the in-room waters and another extra amount, though. When I called, I didn’t get great service and had to explain that I understood the debit and credit were on my own account. The manager stepped in and fixed it. I’d double-check the water charge, but otherwise I’ll definitely be back.

The front desk lady was super nice, and she gave me another room after the first one smelled like Marijuana. That was the only good part of a horrible stay. I paid 380.00..somthing, and breakfast wasn’t included, even though the room was almost $400. I had my 2 yr old with me and wanted to feed her. After the nice lady left, the two guys at the desk acted weird and weren’t friendly. Too many house keepers came by, and security kept asking if I needed anything. It felt uncomfortable and like they were constantly bothering me. I love Paris, but I’m unhappy they’d let guests paying nearly $400 go without food. The tile by the pools was too slippery and we kept sliding. It should be concrete. Then you charged my card $6 for God knows what. I’m never coming back, and I’ll spread the word.

I’m a Hilton Garden honors member, and they were going to charge me for breakfast. They had two bottles of water in the room, normally I’m offered one, but these cost $3 each. I also don’t feel like I got a discount. The location was good, but I won’t return to this one.
