The spacious rooms made a real difference during our extended stay. The staff were amazing, especially Cornice, who gave us top-notch hospitality throughout the visit. There's also plenty of shopping nearby, so the location is super convenient. We'll choose this property again next time we're in town.

I was here for three weeks on a business trip in St. Louis. The area felt quiet and safe, and getting to the city center took about 20 minutes by car. I paid around 100 USD per day. The studio had kitchenware, a stove, an oven, and a microwave, but no KETTLE. The walls also weren't very soundproof. There were some annoying problems in the room. The fridge leaked often, so you'd better ask for a mop. Sometimes the toilet kept flushing for 2-3 hours after I pulled the lever, which was noisy at night. The TV wasn't smart, so I couldn't cast from my phone or tablet, and there was no YouTube, Prime Video, or Netflix. The bedding was just a blanket instead of a proper duvet. I could manage because I tolerate cold and generate a lot of body heat. The air conditioning was very noisy on high fan. Housekeeping was extremely poor. They came only twice in my three weeks, despite my asking many times for someone to come. Each building has just one washer and dryer, so laundry can get busy. The staff were kind and helpful, but I don't think the facilities gave them much room to do anything.

The room was dirty and poorly maintained, and I paid $280 for a stay where nobody helped us. My family and I drove four hours to get there, but we were given just one key card, a huge inconvenience for my husband and me. There was old water in the dishwasher, dirty tables, dust everywhere, sticky floors, and a dirty, moldy vent in the living room. One of my children has severe allergies. The fire alarm kept beeping even after its battery was changed, and there was no smoke alarm in the main bedroom. The bathroom had no vent, and its light barely worked. When I went downstairs for help, a front desk woman came up but didn't introduce herself or fix anything. She rushed out without acknowledging the other problems. We had to move rooms at 10:30 at night, and no one offered any other help. This was the worst and dirtiest hotel stay of my life. The owner should be ashamed. Extended Stay America is awful, and after the automated response, I still have nothing kind to say. Hotel management should be ashamed, and this feels like a disgraceful rip-off.

We stayed in a queen suite that felt like a studio apartment, with an apartment-sized fridge, microwave, garbage disposal, generous closet, and a great oversized shower. The whole property was extremely clean and well maintained. The parking lot was brightly lit, and every door except the main office required a key card, which made the place feel secure. The staff deserve a Platinum Star for customer service. Everyone was friendly, knew their stuff, and went out of their way to make our stay worry-free. They even paid attention to small things like having fresh coffee in the morning. Thanks to the hard-working team for making us feel at home.

My wife and I have had nothing but great service here, and our room was very clean when we arrived. I have a service animal and have had no trouble at the hotel. I haven't had any issues with the windows locking or smoke detectors either. I wouldn't put much stock in the negative reviews. If management heard an animal in a room, then the animal was really there. People who try to sneak pets in get caught, then blame management instead of paying the pet fee. I've also received two key cards each time I've renewed, so that hasn't been a problem for me.
