The restaurant and bar were really nice, and the on-site team were friendly and accommodating when we asked for things. The Victorian rooms are beautiful and romantic, with old-time vibes and all the amenities we needed. It’s in a great spot in town, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. I’d definitely recommend it.

We’d never even heard of Ferndale, but picked the Victorian Inn for a stop on our way south through the redwoods. We stumbled upon a piece of history. Jason was very friendly and accommodating, and we’ll come back and stay there again.

The rooms and property are well kept for a place that’s 136 years old. The innkeeper was friendly and accommodating, and our time in Ferndale was comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. A truly unique, historic stay.

The new owners are putting their heart and soul into the place, and we can’t wait to visit again. My husband and I just got home to Tennessee after a wonderful stay at the Victorian Inn. It was clean, fabulous, and well maintained, with a great continental breakfast each morning. That chocolate croissant was amazing. The inn also made a great home base for exploring the Redwoods and other beautiful spots in the area. Be sure to try the on-site Village Pub restaurant and bar. We had dinner there two of our four nights, and the food and service were great.

This beautiful building has incredible history and was definitely a bucket-list stay. John, the desk manager, was so nice and helpful with what we needed. I can’t wait to stay in more of the stunning rooms. Thank you! 😊
