Check-in was easy, and the person at the desk was welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean, with the biggest towels, and it was quiet enough that I heard neither neighbors nor hallway noise. Breakfast was hot and fresh, with plenty to choose from. Definitely recommend.

The hotel is very clean, the room is nice, and the area was quiet. The bed wasn't terrible, and I had no complaints. My flight was delayed by over two hours, so I messaged the hotel on the app before departure to say I'd check in late and requested a quiet room away from the elevator. Shanna was kind and hospitable when I arrived, put us on a higher floor away from the elevator as requested, and explained the property and amenities. The evening staff gentleman the next night was also polite and happy to bring extra makeup remover towelettes. He was training someone new and seemed to be setting a great example. On Sunday, the day shift gentleman cheerfully greeted people coming and going. Good customer service feels rare, and whoever manages and hires here is doing a great job. The staff deserve recognition for their hospitality. I'll stay here again when I'm in town. Please keep it up!

We were a family of six and fit comfortably in the double queen suite. The rooms are big and clean, and the free breakfast was a plus. Shana at the front desk was pleasant and helpful, and handled our requests quickly. All around, a great experience. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone staying in pensacola.

For my 31st birthday, my family and I drove six hours, and some of them drove nine. I've never had a hotel show such good hospitality. Vance at the front desk was the best, and Jasmine, the night shift manager, was so sweet. They even sent a little birthday care package. Those two are top-tier.
