Drury Inn & Suites Findlay

Dharla Zull, the manager, was professional, kind, and truly caring. She went above and beyond with exceptional courtesy and made sure everything was right during our stay. Her warmth and integrity made a real difference. Service like that is what brings people back. From the moment I arrived, the Drury Inn & Suites in Findlay, Ohio felt welcoming, clean, and comfortable. The hotel was well maintained and quiet, a good place to unwind. My stay was amazing. I highly recommend this location and look forward to coming back.

After a long day of travel, the front desk woman working the evening and night of Nov 9th made our stay feel especially nice. She cheerfully told people the popcorn was ending at 8pm, then made another round to give a last call before the soda fountain closed at 10pm. She was engaging with the hotel guests, too. This Drury was A+++, with clean floors and doors and a clean hotel overall. It matched the awesomeness of the Flagstaff, AZ Drury Inn. We’ve stayed at other non-Drury hotels on this trip, and they could learn to clean like Drury does. We also stayed at a Drury in KY that needed some cleaning love, though the staff there were super friendly. I’d go out of my way to stay at this one again if I’m in the area.

We’re here for a weekend family trip, and Findlay is halfway between our families. The hotel is clean and updated. Night manager Dharma was amazing, friendly, and accommodating with everyone we saw her interact with. She’s a big reason we’ll definitely come back to this location.

After six weeks on the road, this one’s become a favorite. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was great. Really nice hotel, five stars.
