Quality Inn Longmont

I only stayed because it was late, I'd driven seven hours, and everywhere else was booked. I tried two rooms, and both comforters had burn marks. In the second room, there was dirt and hair where the sheets were folded on one bed. The front desk woman seemed unconcerned and didn't apologize. They offered a refund, but when I went back for it, they said they couldn't process it and I had to contact a third party. The third party said the hotel had to handle it. I'm an armed forces combat veteran, and this was my first trip to Colorado to look at property for a spiritual retreat for veterans, first responders, and healthcare workers. I politely explained the situation to Justin and asked for upper management's number. He was rude and told me I needed "help." I was only asking for clean sheets and a blanket without burn marks. I then asked for Eric Lee's contact information, as manager or owner, and no employee would give it to me. That's how Quality Inn welcomed me. Thank you, Eric, and the staff you oversee. I hope you read this. Do NOT stay here!

We came back from the ER close to 6 a.m., after a medical emergency that kept us there from about 3:30 or 4. We had checked in around 2 a.m. after driving to Longmont from Montana, and after a couple hours of sleep we left for my granddaughter's soccer game. When we returned, I turned on the AC and closed the cover over the wall unit controls. That's when I saw a used tampon sitting on top of the unit. The control cover had been open the whole time, but we hadn't noticed it before. It was a horrible, upsetting thing for all of us, especially my granddaughter. The parking lot also had litter and dog mess everywhere, and the pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned or treated in ages. This was a disgusting experience, the kind where I worried about bloodborne pathogens. One star is only because I couldn't give half a star or less. I wouldn't wish this filthy dump on anyone. Avoid it.

Housekeeping came into our room while we were asleep, and I believe they took my vibrator and money. My boyfriend and I stayed two nights. We're recently homeless and my family helped us pay for the room. I'm 17, a minor. The last night I left my vibrator on the nightstand before we went to sleep. In the morning my boyfriend packed our things, but when we left, the vibrator was missing. He looked all over the room and couldn't find it. Money was also gone from the room while we were out. I'll never stay here again. If you have children or babies, I advise you not to stay. They are creepy.

Comfortable rooms in a convenient location. Seems like a good option for traveling workers, and I'd stay again anytime.
