Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Northeast/Fishers

After a six-hour drive, I got to the hotel at 1:55 AM, tired and ready for my stay. That's when I was told I'd need to book the room from the previous night and pay for it, since check-in wasn't until 3 PM. I had called at 8 PM to say I'd arrive around midnight, and the customer service representative said accommodating me wouldn't be a problem. Nobody mentioned that arriving early would mean paying for the prior night, even though I arrived on the morning of my check-in date. Had they explained that on the phone, I could have made other plans or chosen a different hotel. Instead I learned after arriving, which was frustrating and felt misleading. I cancelled the reservation and stayed elsewhere. Clear communication is basic customer service, and this turned what should have been a simple stay into unnecessary stress.

The room was comfortable and clean, and Marcus was amazing when he got us checked in. He even came by to see how we were doing shortly after we settled in. I'd definitely stay again!

We paid for breakfast when booking, and it was really good. The breakfast staff were incredible, and the 6 a.m. start was much appreciated. After a long day of baseball, it was nice to have a glass of wine at the lobby bar. The lobby, rooms, gym, and staff were all very nice, and the pool looked pleasant, though small. We would've liked a hot tub, but it wasn't a big deal. Pleasantly surprised, and this will be our go-to for future tournaments. Great value all around!

The beds were really comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the staff were so sweet. Those luggage carts were a big help. Tracy especially was kind and helpful.
