Finding this place felt like a stroke of luck. It was clean, peaceful, cozy, and everyone was friendly. No doubt where I’ll stay next time I visit Alaska.

The owner made us feel at ease right away, and her restaurant and hiking suggestions were fantastic. She even asked about breakfast preferences, which I really appreciated, then made us a delicious omelet with salmon she’d caught herself, plus fruit and vegetables from her garden. Easily the best breakfast and the highlight of our Alaska trip. The whole house smelled lovely and was spotless. Our room was so cozy, the bed was comfortable, and the sheets and pillows were incredibly soft. The bathroom was so nice I felt like a goddess. The house itself was beautiful, and the owner was sweet and cheerful. This was the best stay of my life, better than any hotel or B&B I’ve tried. Can’t wait to come back!

Breakfast was smoked salmon quiche and homemade bread, hard to beat. The owners were genuinely friendly, and the upstairs rooms in their home were immaculate. The Alaskan furniture was beautiful, and the photos were exceptional. The bathroom was spacious and up to date. I don’t often rave about a place like this, but it’s absolutely worth it. I’d definitely stay again.

The owners made our stay a real pleasure, and the homemade breakfast was the best food we’ve had in Alaska so far. The value for the price is really high, too. We loved the bedroom, from the mountain views and decor to the comfortable bed, and the bathroom was great. Highly recommend!
