The Brinckerhoff Inn Bed & Breakfast is a warm, authentic place, and we’d highly recommend it for an Upstate New York getaway. The area has so much American history, and the house itself, more than 300 years old, is beautifully preserved and full of character. Bob, the owner, was genuinely kind, attentive, and welcoming. He made us feel at home right away and seemed to make sure every detail was taken care of.

Bob is an incredible host, and his made-from-scratch omelets and fluffy gluten-free pancakes were the best part. The Brinckerhoff Inn in Fishkill, NY is cozy, beautiful, and full of charm, with a classic, simple feel. 10/10, would recommend! 🌟

The brunches and Bob’s stories about his entrepreneurial venture were our highlights. We woke up a little late and had to rush through breakfast, which was a shame, but Bob still made the heartiest meal ever. Our room in the historic mansion was cute.

A beautiful house, a convenient spot for Dia Beacon and Fishkill Farms, and a wonderful host. Breakfast was great too. We had an incredible stay and highly recommend it.

Bob can tell you captivating stories about the history of this place. The house itself was an amazing piece of American history, used as a residence and regimental headquarters for G. Washington and Lafayette during the Revolutionary War. It was wonderful staying somewhere so much had happened. Our room was very clean, simply but nicely furnished, and breakfast was hearty and well prepared. We’d gladly come back.
