The location is beautiful, but there are other choices nearby, and from living in this building I found everything outdated. Fees include pay for workers even when they aren't in the building. Cable is limited to a local company and sometimes doesn't work, and the building won't let a real cable provider in. The hallways had mold, carts were left around, and things got dirtier after the good cleaning staff were let go. The pool wasn't as clean, and stuff was often left on the hallway floors, as if they weren't vacuuming when they should. The garage floods in heavy rain. There's Wi-Fi, but it wasn't good enough, so we had to get our own. The fitness room is a tiny, hot room by the garage with outdated donated equipment.

This nine-story condo tower in Flagler Beach is older but well kept, with both full-time residents and Snowbirds. Most units have balconies with either ocean views or sunsets over the Intercoastal. Residents can use underground basement parking, storage lockers, fitness and crafts rooms, and other activities.

Miles of open, clean beach and an unobstructed view, with a golf course and restaurant across the street. The building and pool are clean and well managed, and there's secure underground parking, cable TV, and Wi-Fi.

I've spent plenty of time here and have no complaints. The golf course is on one side, and on the other there's a wide, usually calm beach. It's ideal.

The condos have nice views and good amenities, including a pool, gym, elevators, and underground parking. It's across from the beach, with nice neighbors and a quiet atmosphere.
