I was only passing through, but Castle rock was so spotless it makes me want to come back. The bed and pillows were really comfortable and felt like good quality, and the towels were plush, extra clean, and stain-free. The AC, heater, and fan got going quickly. Being able to cast to the TV from my phone was a nice surprise, since I don't often find that. The in-room coffee pot and Folgers were the cherry on top.

For the price, Castle Rock is the best hotel I've stayed at. The staff were helpful and kept in touch, the rooms were very clean, and having Folgers coffee included was a definite plus. I'd reserve here again.

Those little touches say a lot: the towels were soft and smelled fresh, and even the toilet paper was a soft premium brand. It's a small, family-run business, and you can tell they take real pride in making the place clean and welcoming. The right management can make a two-star hotel feel like a four-star one. Highly recommend.

This little gem has plush towels, a comfortable bed, and a quaint room, with some great restaurants within walking distance. I stumbled on it by chance and will stay again when I visit Flagstaff. Compared with some overpriced places there, it really has a lot going for it. You can tell the owners care about the property and their customers.

Such a sweet owner, and staying here has a bit of a homey feel. The hotel is a nice little place, and by far my best stay in Flagstaff. It smells great, the bed is comfy, and everything was clean.
