Ramada Flagstaff East

The room was clean and more updated than the aged exterior. The beds were comfortable, with four decent pillows each, and there were enough nice towels. The front desk attendant was pleasant and check-in was easy. The refrigerator was clean and worked; the microwave had peeling paint and some rust. The shower faucet wasn't attached, so adjusting the temperature was difficult. I appreciate that they offer three-bed rooms. I've stayed twice: the elevator worked on my first visit but not the second. You can hear road and train noise. I didn't try breakfast, but there are hot items, and the lobby has vending machines for drinks and snacks. A decent budget option in Flagstaff.

We could book the same day and got the ground floor we wanted, with our two rooms right next to each other. Breakfast had a nice variety, and the rooms were clean and pleasant. The building's older, but the beds were clean and very comfortable. The shower grout in the bathroom was a little dirty. I'd come back, especially for the excellent location.

The price felt fair, and the hotel was quiet and very clean. The front desk clerk was lovely, too. I’d recommend staying here if you need somewhere to sleep.

No complaints from me. The staff were friendly, breakfast was decent for the price, and the room service was great. Wi-Fi worked well, though I was near the office. I also didn’t see any people with drug problems staying there.
