The room was clean and comfortable, but the layout left very little space to move. There were two queen beds, a desk, sofa, tables, chair, and TV packed in, so it was hard for two people to move around at once. It seemed like a strange setup, though we made it work and know people don't come to Flagstaff to hang out in the room. Other rooms of this type may be different. The property is well kept and nicely located, with shops, restaurants, and fast food within easy walking distance if you want to walk. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I was traveling with my dog, and having a first-floor room close to an outside door made taking him in and out easy. The room was a bit dark, but fine for one night. It's a quiet hotel in a convenient spot, and I'd stay again without hesitation.

The rooms and breakfast were very nice, and it's handy to have restaurants close enough to walk to. I was disappointed that the pool was out of order, and would've liked to know that beforehand. The breakfast was free when we stayed, unless that has changed. What seemed odd was the $10 parking fee for an ordinary lot. It's not gated or secured, so I thought the charge was a bit lame. A couple of things could be better, but for the most part it was a nice place.

The staff were friendly and the room was a good size, but I wouldn't choose this place again. The AC and heat unit rattled loudly all night, the pillows were strangely small like couch cushions, and the room looked dark and worn, especially the bathroom. For the price, it was underwhelming, and part of the bed was missing, leaving a big hole in the wood. The pool was out of service and parking cost $10, neither of which I really knew when booking. Breakfast was dull too.

The front desk will do what they can to help, and the service is amazing. Rooms are neat and organized, and breakfast has a wide selection. They even got the bacon just right. Never disappoints.
