The staff really stand out here. The front desk folks are among the friendliest and most cooperative I've met, always ready to help and provide high level service so you feel comfortable. I've been staying here for work for an extended period, and the location is handy for stores and shopping. Anything you can't find here, Savanah is a short drive away. Breakfast is good, especially the signature waffels. If you're around Fort Stewart, it's budget friendly and a great deal for the price.

We were here for a longer stay while moving, and the rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were attentive and helped accommodate us. The main problem was lots of roaches in the kitchenette. Also, the do not disturb signs seemed useless. Cleaning staff kept coming back to tell me I couldn't have the sign on the outside of the door.

For military families relocating from other states, this is a great location, with a full kitchen and the base only 5 minutes away. I love the staff and everything has been great. Ms Rose was especially helpful to her guest.

The room condition was disappointing from the start. I found visible marks on the pillows and sheets, some of them looking like blood, and a cockroach in the bed. I'd chosen the place after reading reviews and seeing a reasonable price, and booked 9 days. Check-in included a $40 safety deposit. I was uncomfortable in that room, so staff offered an upgrade, but the replacement wasn't any better. I stayed one night and left early the next morning. A week later, my digital receipt showed a check-in time without a check-out time, making it look like I hadn't left and preventing me from getting my deposit back. Staff also refused to refund the stay, even though the room didn't meet reasonable expectations. I didn't take photos because I felt so uncomfortable and just wanted to leave and find another place. I'll document problems next time and won't rely only on online reviews.
