I’m a construction foreman, so the weekly price works well for our budget. The room was clean and quiet, and being on one level meant no NBA games going on overhead. There’s no carpet to worry about keeping clean and no frills we’d be paying extra for. The people were nice, too. Just don’t come expecting a resort, because this isn’t one.

We stayed for two weeks and kept to ourselves, but they still wouldn’t let us renew and kicked us out. The worst part was when our four-year-old found a syringe with a needle hidden under the sink. Staff said they’d come check the room, but they never did. They also got angry about us putting sheets and blankets outside the door to be washed. I did that three times in two weeks, not every day, and they accused me of doing it daily and refused to wash them every day. Even if I had done that, which I didn’t, washing the sheets and blankets is their job. I’ve never been treated so poorly. This is by far the worst motel ever, and I’ll never go back. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I didn’t feel safe here, and the room was filthy. There was a roach, a stained chair, and holes in the walls stuffed with paper towels. The tub was dirty, and it looked like the toilet hadn’t been cleaned at all. The phone was so grimy I wouldn’t touch it, and the whole room reeked of stale cigarettes. Nastiest motel I’ve ever stayed in.

I needed somewhere to stay because of a bit of a life situation, and the low price made this place an option. It seemed like one of the rougher motels around, but I was surprised at how quiet it was. There was no crime or noise, and the room was adequate, so the stay was fair overall. It looked like the rooms were being renovated. Mine had several unfinished drywall patches and water damage on the ceiling, so only time will tell how the rooms turn out. I’d stay again if I had to find somewhere cheap.

The second day, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and parking was good. The rates are cheap, but even at $50 a night, I’m not sure it was worth it. The room was seriously run down and badly needed renovation. There were holes in most of the walls, nail polish on the toilet cover, doors, and walls, and almost everything moved, including the sink and toilet. The shower head was rusty and looked like it might come off. There were old clothes and trash outside the room. It felt incredibly trashy.
