Madison Hotel

For the price, this hotel was an absolute gem. We loved our stay and thought the quality for the cost was outstanding. For comparison, at the 5-star InterContinental in Boston, we were given torn sheets, the linens weren't changed each day, and the parking garage staff were rude to us. I highly recommend this hotel!

Dear Madison Hotel Team, thank you for making my son Rishu’s first birthday celebration so memorable and easy for our family. Event planning can be a lot, but working with your staff made it feel effortless, and every request was met with care. Tim helped put the initial contract together smoothly, Rachael worked closely with us on the menu and table layout, and Joe took care of last-minute details without missing a beat. Captain Sayeed was wonderful on the day, with a calm presence and close attention to detail that helped everything run perfectly. I'm grateful for the effort and care you all put into the celebration. You're one of the best teams I've worked with, and I look forward to working with you again.

Our guests are still talking about the food and the venue, and the Conservatory at The Madison Hotel was breathtaking. We got married there last month, and the bridal suite was spacious and convenient for getting ready. The catering staff were attentive and professional throughout. Charles, our maître d’, went above and beyond to make the day run smoothly. I'd also recommend Emily & Laura at Emily Elaine Events if you need a coordinator. She and her team know the venue inside and out, are incredibly organized, and kept everything moving. A few hotel staff interactions could have been friendlier and more professional, but the day was truly perfect. We absolutely recommend having your wedding at The Madison Hotel.

My room was comfortable and spacious, with easy thermostat controls. The shower took a few seconds to figure out, but the water temperature and plumbing were good. The hotel also felt clean, and the gym was clean and had standard equipment. But for what it offers, the price is way too high. They even charge $5 for a bag of chips at the front desk, which feels like taking advantage of the remote location. If you have a rental car, you'll manage, but I wouldn't choose this place if you're on your own or relying on people to pick you up. I stayed one night in February of 2026. The first receptionist, a man whose name I forget, said he wasn't from this country and seemed to be some kind of Latino, but didn't make me feel welcome. The Black receptionist the next morning was friendlier. Around midnight, when I went to the gym and looked at snack options in the lobby, an older white man seemed suspicious of me for some reason. If they cut the price by 30% or 40% and had friendlier staff, I could recommend it. As things stand, it's extremely overpriced and I wouldn't return.
