The rooms looked even better than their online photos, and mine was spotless. The linens were soft and clean, the beds and pillows comfortable, and the toiletries felt soothing on my skin. There was great service throughout, and the staff went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. The onsite restaurant offered plenty of food and drink and stayed open late. We also had a delicious meal in the dining room. After returning from a late venue, we ordered from a nearby restaurant using the menu the hotel had for delivery, and the food was spectacular. The spa was clean and had lots of towels. Even if a handicapped access room isn't available, the doors are wide enough for wheelchair access. If I'm in the NY/NJ area again, I'll definitely stay here.

Staff and the manager were around throughout the conference, keeping things running smoothly. The service and setup were impeccable, and the breakfast spread from the kitchen looked beautiful. They know how to keep conference guests happy. The restaurant had a warm, inviting modern feel, and the coffee bar was just right. I also loved the stay well rooms. When I'm back in the area, I'll stay at this property again and book one of those rooms.

The buffet has fewer options than it did in past years, which is disappointing when you're staying several nights. Conference break food, though, has a great selection. I often hold group meetings here, and the facility is well run with everything we need. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, and the beds are very comfortable. Staff are friendly and accommodating. As a returning guest, I'm greeted warmly and people go out of their way to help.

At least the TV channel selection was good, the air conditioner worked fine, and there was hot water for showers. The gym also had good equipment. But my boyfriend and I were very disappointed. I've stayed at Wyndham hotels in other states and don't understand the 4- and 5-star ratings here. There was no mini fridge in the room. The shower drain was clogged, so the tub filled up every time we used it. The bathroom curtain smelled musty, like an old dirty rag, and it was a little nauseating. I found hairs in the shower the first night. I'm pretty tall, and even I struggled to see or reach the safe on the closet's top shelf, check whether anything was inside, put my purse in, and lock it. The tennis court was horrible, and employees were using the basketball court for parking. The elevator didn't seem secure either, since the panel moved when you barely pushed the buttons.
