The staff were friendly, but the room had several issues. The shower wall was cracked, the tub scratched, and the shower faucet was extremely loose. There appeared to be dried blood on the bathroom door, and the chair was badly stained. The bed’s top cover was dirty, with what looked like dried food on it. There was also a two-inch step into the bathroom without any warning sign.

I got my keys at check-in, but when I entered the room I found stained sheets and rust on the fridge and at the bottom of the tub. I didn’t feel safe staying there alone, so I returned the keys. The man at the desk said he could refund me and that I needed to contact booking.com because I’d booked through them. booking.com said they’d contact the hotel, but I heard nothing, so I called the hotel myself. The MANAGER refused to refund me, even though I hadn’t stayed in the room for five minutes. TERRIBLE BUSINESS, DO NOT BOOK HERE!

The staff were absolutely amazing, very welcoming, and did their best to make us comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection for a complimentary meal. The location was hard to get to and very busy, surrounded by parking lots. We didn’t use the pool because it was green. Our A/C unit leaked throughout the stay. We’d used our towels before realizing there weren’t enough to get more for showers, and had to walk through water to leave the room. It was the hottest part of summer, so the unit ran a lot, but the amount of water was unpleasant. We never had a dry floor.

I figured one night while passing through couldn’t be that bad. It was a terrible place. The woman in room 211 next to us was up all night, apparently on drugs, playing loud music and singing at the top of her lungs from 6pm until 8am without stopping. People were sleeping in cars in the parking lot, and the place gave me the impression it was a gathering spot for local drug users and homeless people. I’m washing all my belongings as soon as I get home. Just nasty.
