The rooms were clean, well kept, and roomy enough for all six of us. Charleston Dune Properties also supplied dish soap, a sponge, and bath necessities. We spent five nights in mid-March and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. From our large southwest-facing balcony, the beach and ocean views were iconic, and we got spectacular sunsets every evening. It was easy to get down to the beach for morning walks and afternoon activities. Restaurants were within walking distance, and the full kitchen came in handy for cooking or reheating leftovers. There were plenty of carts for moving our things from the parking area to the unit.

We loved the pools and had plenty of room for our family of six in this wonderful condo. The oceanfront balcony was great, the beds were comfortable, and having a bathroom for everyone worked out well. This is our new place to stay at Folly Beach.

The beach and pool are incredibly easy to get to, and food options are close by. We especially recommend Rita’s and Bert’s market. The place was pleasant and comfortable for a quick getaway, though it felt a little dated and could use upgrades. We wouldn’t give it five stars for that reason. The elevator also wasn’t working on our last day as we were leaving. Otherwise, highly recommended.

We rented a golf cart for the whole week, and it really made the trip better. The place is a bit dated, but has what you need, with good beach access and plenty of restaurants, shops, and bars in the area.

We spent a February weekend in the condo and loved it. Restaurants are close enough that we could walk to lunch and dinner, and the kids had fun on the beach even in the cold. We can’t wait to return during the season!
