We came to Folly Beach over New Year’s and stayed in unit 3I. The condo was very clean and had a good view, but several lights and electrical outlets were loose in the walls or ceiling. We paid extra for the holiday weekend, yet we’ve had better accommodations for the same price or less. The Pavilion is rated 5 stars, but we had some customer service problems. I wouldn’t recommend Pavilion Watch as a place to stay when visiting Folly Beach.
