Motel 6 Fontana, CA

The front desk attendant was respectful and had positive energy, the one good part of this stay. I left Motel 6 Fontana (Sierra Way) early after staying in Room 120 on December 21-22. The room smelled strongly of urine and stale odors, possibly from the flooring or bed. The bathtub was visibly dirty with scum stains, the sink was clogged and full of black debris, and there was long blonde hair in the tub and on the toilet. It didn’t look properly cleaned. I also found two roaches, and the sheets had stains that looked like blood. I used to be a hotel housekeeper, and at a reputable hotel, these conditions would have meant an immediate room change. I don’t write reviews lightly, but this felt deeply unsettling and disrespectful to paying guests. Basic cleanliness and safety matter at any price. I won’t stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this location if they have alternatives.

It’s inexpensive, close to Interstate 10, and there are lots of restaurants within walking distance. The staff are friendly and courteous. Truck drivers get a 15% discount.

I like this location because it has everything you need nearby. The rooms are nice and well kept, the staff are incredibly hospitable, and the maid service is very good. It’s a comfy, welcoming place to stay.

This place is clean and a good place to stay. I’ve loved my experience here so far, and the staff have been helpful and nice. I’m here for my second day now, and it’s been wonderful. I’d suggest staying here if you’re in the area.
