We spent last weekend at this charming B&B in an old historic home and would happily stay again when we're in Sonoma. The facilities are first rate, with updated bathrooms and other modern touches, though the house's old bones do creak now and then. Breakfast was healthy, on time, and really good. Diana, one of the owners, was friendly and helpful with local suggestions. If you enjoy wine tasting, she can also arrange a great deal that includes free tastings at some of the better Sonoma wineries.

For a wedding gift, I booked my best friend one night in the private cabin. The innkeeper went to so much effort to make the couple's stay memorable, including a special breakfast and a bottle of wine. Their wedding was casual, and they hadn't expected anything special, so the Case Ranch Inn's thoughtfulness really warmed my heart. I'd seen the inn's rave reviews and expected them to have a good time, but they did even more than I imagined. I can't thank them enough for making my gift mean so much.

We came to Case Ranch Inn for the Vineman event on July 12, 2015, and had a wonderful stay. Our cottage was cozy, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, and the staff were gracious and checked that we were happy with everything. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit from the garden and small vineyard. We highly recommend the inn when you're in Sonoma County.

We ended up booking this BNB because it was close to Napa and the wonderful Farmhouse restaurant, which suited my mother's and my love of fine dining. Barbara was such a gem, clearly cares about her guests, and makes you feel welcome in her home. The place is quaint and homey, breakfast was lovely, and we enjoyed mingling with the other guests.

The cottage was spacious and comfortable, and the hot tub was a big plus. Great breakfast, too. It's a lovely spot in Russian River wine country.
