I did manage to get some rest, so I'm giving it a star, but I hurried out with my family. The hotel isn't worth $130. Breakfast was trash except for the pancakes, and I don't know whether the morning staff are any better. The front desk staff were rude and disrespectful. My child came to visit, and the desk lady said she'd jump over the counter at him and asked why he was smiling. I couldn't tell if she was joking, but she'd been rude all night. There were ants all over the pool area. We accidentally brought some back to the room on a towel without noticing, then found it covered in ants and had to kill them. Don't waste your money.

Jay was laid back, really helpful throughout our stay, and deserves a raise. Everyone else working there was super polite and ready to help too, so they deserve one immediately as well. The rooms were really clean, and nothing unusual happened. I'm giving the room a 4 for now so I can update everyone after I get to try one of the hot tub rooms. The pool bottom looks like there are turds in it, so please repave it or something, and fix the hot tub jets.

The only real drawback was the HVAC. It has a heat or heat/ac setting, so the heat comes on at the set temperature and keeps going until the room is a couple degrees warmer. Then the AC kicks in right away and cools it back down. We noticed the room swinging between warm and cool while we were up and moving around, but it didn't bother us overnight. Getting in and out was easy, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make our short visit comfortable. The room was laid out well, and the bed was comfortable even for my wife, who usually struggles to sleep anywhere but our own bed. The location is very convenient to 1-25 and the Loveland/Ft. Collins area.

I was there for four days, but spent most of that time away from the hotel. The room had what we needed, including a mini fridge, microwave, and plenty of storage. The free breakfast was a nice bonus for the little time we were there, and the pool was open late, until 11pm, though I didn't get to use it. The room's AC was a little wonky. Still, it was a pretty decent stay and I'd recommend the place.

The jacuzzi was a nice bonus. The room was clean and pleasant, check-in was quick, and I had no complaints. It was my first time staying here and went pretty well. I'd stay again.
