Edwards House

This was my second stay at the Edwards House, and the service was above and beyond both times. The Victorian look is still there despite the beautiful renovation, and they didn’t cut corners. Every detail is lovely, right down to the fresh flowers in the rooms and all the thoughtful amenities. Breakfast is a highlight too. You won’t regret staying here. Highly recommend.

Rebecca served such delicious breakfasts, especially the spinach and red pepper quiche, which I highly recommend. We stayed in the Gliddings room at the top of the stairs. It was quiet, comfortable, and relaxing, just right for our anniversary getaway. The whole house is a treat, and Old Town’s shops and breweries are an easy walk away. I’ll be back.

We had to leave before breakfast, so they kindly packed it for us the night before. They also had great dinner suggestions, and we ended up at the regional, where I had the best meal of my life. Shops and restaurants are just a short walk away. Our Collins room had a huge bathtub by the fireplace, where we watched Netflix, and the bathrobes were the comfiest. They thought of everything we could need. After a hotel the night before, staying at Edwards House was sooo much better. 100/10 recommend!

The Lady Moon room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, and the house has all the charm I wanted for my 1900 Victorian dreams. My husband and I stayed at Edwards House for our first wedding anniversary and had such a lovely time. We can’t wait to return. Breakfast was 10/10, and Josh gave us wonderful service, town tips, and even an Edwards House key chain. Thank you for having us! P.S. I’d love some soft classical instrumentals playing in the background at breakfast to fit the atmosphere, maybe the Pride and Prejudice playlist.
