The charge was higher than the price I'd booked online, and the vending machine took our money. Staff told us to call because they couldn't help, even though we watched them use a key on the machine. That pretty much sums up the customer service: rude, unprofessional, and lacking hospitality. It was Valentine's Day, so I should've booked sooner, but I'll never stay here again. Staff were scarce and not helpful. The front desk woman seemed unsure what she was doing and kept AirPods in her ears. She walked me to the room, but only the lamps worked, not the main lights. The room was filthy, smelled like death, and had a gross, uncomfortable bed. There was no TV remote. When I asked about changing rooms, she said she'd check, then never got back to me. There were creepy people hanging around both inside the lobby and outside, and the rooms next to us sounded like nonstop parties all night. A dirty, broken-down room, people partying, and an overcharge. I would NEVER stay here again.

I left after about two hours because I didn't feel my truck would be safe. The small lot was especially awkward with a trailer, and when I looked down the hall toward it, there were people wandering around smoking, some drunk. They didn't seem to be hotel guests. In the adjoining room, people were either slam dancing or arguing. The front desk woman was friendly. They had me inspect the room and sign a paper saying I accepted it, plus an agreement to behave or risk being asked to leave. One rule said guests had to be decently clothed outside their rooms, which struck me as odd. The place felt more like a halfway house than a motel. There's a reason it's so cheap. Spend a little more and find somewhere decent.
Miss Vickie was great. She had my room clean, returned my deposit without any trouble, and even let me check in four hours early because of an Agoda error. Thanks for accommodating me.
I booked through a third-party site and noted that I needed a ground-floor room, or another floor with a working elevator. I can't manage stairs well after a bad car accident. When I arrived, there were no ground-floor rooms, and the elevator, though the hotel has one, was out of order. The manager, Angie, was rude and disrespectful. She made no effort to help or accommodate me, just said I could cancel and go somewhere else. I did, and lost $900. Definitely wouldn't recommend staying here.
I was only in Fort Collins for the night, and the room did what I needed. The AC worked and the bed was pretty comfortable. What stood out was the front desk lady: she was so sweet and welcoming even though I arrived late. I'd come back just for that kind of friendly service. You don't see it often nowadays.
