I ended up booking at Comfort Inn and losing the money on my Priceline reservation. This was an expensive mistake, and I hope others read the reviews before booking. I had a non-refundable reservation here, but became concerned after hearing police and SWAT had recently responded to a human trafficking incident. The reviews mentioned dirty rooms, cockroaches, and bed bugs, and I didn't feel safe staying with my six-year-old. A day before the booking, I politely asked Stephanie, the general manager, to help cancel. She said it was non-refundable and there was nothing she could do. Priceline said they'd refund me if the manager approved, but when they contacted her, she refused. I called Stephanie again to ask why and to please help me avoid losing my money. Her response was rude and heartless. Avoid this hotel.

Checked in on Jan 16th, saw the room, and walked right back out. There were roaches, bed bugs, and flies, plus blood on the bathroom wall and mold in the tub. I didn't stay the night. This place is disgusting and a health hazard. The health department needs to come shut it down. See the photos of the bugs.

The front desk staff spoke to me abusively today, and I don't appreciate it. People who stay here on and off deserve consideration. Sarah told me, “and don’t come back” on 05/25/2025. I hope the embarrassing treatment and attitude were worth it. I'll be submitting a lawsuit over how I was treated. This place should be reported to the FTC and BBB, and needs to be closed down. I also think they need to get rid of people who bully guests and start trouble. The kitchen smelled like blood, with food everywhere that day. Breakfast was still sitting out at 6 p.m., including leftovers and bugs in the kitchen. I think food with bugs could cause major intestinal issues, and the infestation could spread to fresh food. We had a fridge that didn't work, our snacks spoiled, and someone smoked inside the rooms. Neither the front desk nor management apologized. The photo was taken at 6 p.m. I don't recommend complaining here, since they seem to respond with laziness and cruelty. If you're Diné, complain and mark this place as zero. The women here spend time with the male guy in the back doing inappropriate stuff, then come out with messy hair. If this affects your entourage, blame the woman working today at 5:15, 05/25/2025. The people who work here seem to be looking for trouble and don't value what guests pay. Sarah's hair color was awful too.

I booked two rooms through Priceline for $147 a night, and for that price this place is a dump. Gracie, the woman who checked me in, was lovely, helpful, and really listened. She's the only reason I'd recommend staying here.
