We were helped out here and haven't been bothered. It's quiet, and the room has what we need. The staff were kind and helpful, though it took a few minutes to get service. The price was pretty good, and we hope we can stay longer than what we've paid for so far, as long as we're allowed to keep paying for the room. God bless this small business for helping us out. For the rates, it's fine if you're working in town, though I wouldn't call it a family place. The water pressure and temperature were great, and there were no bugs, which is a plus. Paint is peeling from the walls, and at night it sounds like something's hitting the back of the building, maybe the water pipes or heat vents.

The bed was comfortable and the shower had nice hot water, so it was decent for the price. The room was worn, with chipped paint, scratches, and torn furniture. Wi-Fi barely reached my laptop, and my phone kept losing the signal.

After a week there, I left and won't be back. There was nowhere to hang clothes, heat came from a space heater, the pillows were flat and nasty, and the carpet was stained all over. The commode ring fell off.

I'm a construction worker and had planned to stay for two months at the weekly rate. Check-in seemed fine until the man smelled the couple of beers I'd had beforehand and turned me away for smelling like beer. It was very embarrassing.
