The area has a neighborhood feel, even though Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd and its tourist bustle are only about two blocks away. We liked the couples out walking at night, the people with their dogs, and the friendly atmosphere at the ground-floor outdoor restaurant, Casa Playa. There are also several upscale places to eat within easy walking distance. Our one-bedroom unit, 612, was spacious, upscale, very clean, and surprisingly quiet. We only heard some noise from the ground-level restaurant, and closing the balcony door shut it out. The kitchen was excellent, and the bathroom had plenty of space. The public areas were clean and pleasant too. Staff were welcoming and eager to help, and even the other people we met in the shared areas were unusually friendly. Getting to either of the two rooftop pools was quick and easy, including the one connected to a small bar and restaurant. My wife and I loved our stay and would come back without hesitation.

I’ve booked through AirBnb both times I’ve stayed at Tiffany House for the Formula One Miami Event, and it’s been a pleasure each visit. I plan to come back for F1 Miami next year and stay here again. From the first-floor valet, which is quick when you need it, to the friendly front desk staff who help with check-in, requests, and checkout, the service has been great. There are two pools, a really good gym, and lovely views of the sound. The ocean is just a two-minute walk from the front door, about a block away, so there isn’t much traffic. Restaurants and activities are close by, with three excellent breakfast spots about five blocks west. The rooms have a full kitchen, living room, clean bathroom, and plenty of space. There’s also a washer and dryer in the unit. The bedroom could use a few minor cosmetic touches, which I noticed this year, but otherwise the rooms are great.
