Beach Gardens A North Beach Village Resort Hotel

I stayed two nights and was extremely disappointed. The room faced loud construction next door, and there was sawdust and debris getting into the property and pool. The work was very noisy, and nobody told me about it beforehand. The pool area was loud too. Both bathroom toilets were dirty, stained and yellowed, and looked old. I was told taxes and fees were included, yet I was overcharged $26.50 the first night and another $12.50. Customer service was no help when I raised it. I want the $39 refunded because of the noise and the extra charges I hadn't been told about. This Beach Gardens property doesn't live up to the NBV brand.

Cory at the front desk is always kind and helps us with whatever we need. Desiree, the housekeeper, is such a lovely, hardworking person. We see how hard she works every time we stay, and she always gets things done when asked. Thank you both for all the work you put in. My wife and I love coming here for a staycation. The service is what keeps bringing us back.

Great location, just five minutes from the beach, and the room was clean. The pool was nice too. There wasn't much cutlery or dinnerware, which made cooking at home difficult, and the thin walls sometimes made it feel less private. Still, I recommend it.

The location is a big plus, just a couple of blocks from the beach and close to cafés and restaurants. I also loved being able to use all the pools around the village, about ten in total, since the Beach Gardens pool doesn't get much sun. There was daytime noise from a new complex being built next door. I had a great solo stay at North Beach Village (Beach Gardens). The staff were welcoming and accommodating from the start. My room was a little worn but clean, so it felt like you get what you pay for. It's very affordable for such a fantastic location, and I'd happily come back.
