Guests were screaming in the pool outside our room at 4 a.m., and the walls are so thin you can hear everything all night. The rooms and pool were dirty, and other guests were loud and obnoxious. It was a horrible stay. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

I stay in 10-20 hotels a year, and this is among the three worst. Mosquitoes kept me up, the doors wouldn’t close properly, and the paper-thin walls let through everything. The pillows were like limp old pancakes, there were no outlets by the bed, and the mini fridge was so loud right next to my head. It felt like a party spot, with TVs and music blaring, dogs barking, and doors slamming hard enough to shake the building. It went on until 5 a.m. every night. I was banging on walls at 1 a.m. to get the music turned down. I contacted management several times; they just thanked me for letting them know and wished me a nice day, and wouldn’t even help get a proper pillow. You’re apparently expected to be your own maid when you leave. This place is a dump, and they do nothing for customer service. Run from it!

We reported the problems right away, but nobody came to inspect, made repairs, or offered another place to stay or any solution. Customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. There was no running water, so showering and using basic facilities wasn’t possible. The living room bed was broken and nearly impossible to sleep on. The bedroom was dirty, had no window, and the sheets were visibly soiled. The whole place felt disgusting and unsanitary. What we found didn’t match the advertising at all, and the conditions felt unsafe and unacceptable. Given how serious the issues were and the lack of response, I’ll report this to the relevant authorities and inspection agencies, file formal complaints, and share photos and documentation so others know. I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

We left just five minutes after entering the room, taking pictures because it was so terrible. The rooms were disgusting, and the photos on this website are misleading. They also don’t let guests post pictures in reviews. There’s no management staff on site, and cleaning staff let people onto the property without a security code. Between the location, parking, and lack of security, we felt very unsafe. Management still hasn’t returned our repeated calls asking for a refund. I strongly advise against booking here.
