Crystal made check-in quick and easy when I arrived at the Fort Lauderdale hotel. She welcomed me warmly and explained the hotel information and check-in details clearly. Her friendly, professional approach gave me a great first impression and a lovely start to my stay.

I've been here for three weeks and am really happy I picked this location. It's close to the beach, with plenty of shopping and amenities nearby. The rooms feel more like apartments, which I love, and there's lots of storage in the closet and dresser. The laundry facilities are clean, and the kitchen area has what you need. The staff are accommodating and make a big difference. Highly recommend!

If you're reading this, please don't book here under any circumstances. I think most of the positive reviews are fake or botted. There were blood stains on the wall and both live and dead cockroaches. The place should be condemned. They wouldn't refund the full amount, and after I showed them pictures, they didn't even offer to inspect or clean the room. We flew in late, then spent two hours trying to find another hotel, but everything was booked. You'd leave here with mental trauma. We even found live baby roaches, so they were clearly thriving and reproducing in the building. If you see them out in the light, you know there's a whole civilization hiding in the dark corners. The rest of the place was filthy too, but that's beside the point if there's a roach infestation. Whatever you imagine, it was worse. I submitted a report to the Florida restaurant and lodging department. They seem to offer long-term clients a better deal for leaving five-star reviews, which would trick tourists and cruisers into paying four-star prices. It honestly feels like someone should be prosecuted for scamming. The man at the front desk seemed defeated, and this clearly wasn't the first time he'd heard the same complaints. If this is how they treat clients, I can only imagine how they treat employees. I hope this review saves at least one person from going through the same experience.

Extended Stay came to our rescue after we had a nightmare Airbnb situation during our two-week visit to Fort Lauderdale. The rooms, hallways, and front entrance were very clean, and there was a guest laundry area. Lisa, our housekeeper, was amazing, and Crystal, Leonardo, and Yaslin went above and beyond to help us.
