Galleria Apartments by Lowkl

The location was convenient, the apartment had the amenities I needed, and aside from two major problems I enjoyed my stay. The couch was worn and so hard I couldn’t get comfortable on it. The bed felt like it might collapse, and the mattress had stains all over it. I work in property management, and we put protectors on every mattress, so seeing that was disgusting. Apparently other guests have complained about these things too, but nothing has been done. With a better couch and bed, this would’ve been five stars.

Everything went smoothly, from check-in to check-out, and the host was friendly and quick to communicate. The property was clean, looked after, and matched the listing. It was an easy, comfortable stay, and I’d recommend it to others :)

The location was good and easy to get around on foot, but the apartment barely had any supplies. There was a coffee maker with no coffee or cups, and only three spoons, basically no silverware. It smelled like weed and cigarette smoke, so we kept the windows open the whole time. It also wasn’t very clean.

The apartment was cute and had the essentials my partner and I needed. Sleeping was another matter. We could hear the family upstairs stomping back and forth nonstop, and some partygoers were loud late into the night, swearing and acting obnoxiously. It got bad enough that I put in earbuds to block the noise. If you want a quiet, relaxing night after a day out, bring earplugs.
